The purpose of a property or home inspection is to inform the buyer(s) of the present condition of the property or dwelling based on current building standards.
Special attention is given to first-time homebuyers. We will take them through the house, show them why various components are there, and how the components work. Such items as weep holes, T & P valves, expansion joints, and GFCIs will be covered.
