A survey of the foundation will be done during the inspection using a Zip Level Pro-2000 Elevation Measurement System. This will enable the buyers to know if the foundation has moved before purchase. The readings of the foundation level survey will be included in the inspection report.
Our inspection report includes repair cost estimates that may be especially important if it is an older property (more than 10 years old). We are not in the repair business but the repair cost estimates may help the buyer(s) in their negotiations with the seller.

How long does it take to complete a home inspection?
For most homes, the inspection will be completed in 2.5 hours. Larger homes may take longer, depending on the square footage.
How long does it take to get the written inspection report?
In most cases, the buyers will have the final inspection report e-mailed to them on the following day after the inspection. The inspection report will also be e-mailed to the selling agent at the buyer's request.
